Country Manager Denmark
About Curoflow
Curoflow is building the operating system for European private healthcare. Our platform gives SME clinics everything they need to run their practice — from digital patient intake and video consultations to EHR, e-prescriptions, lab integrations, and AI-powered clinical support — in a single, CE-marked, GDPR-compliant solution.
We are 25 people today, operating customers across 9 geographic markets and we are getting ready to scale to ~70 employees across 5 core markets — and beyond — within ~18 months.
We Are Hiring Across the Organisation
This job ad is one of many we are releasing simultaneously. We are building multiple teams in parallel — product, engineering, commercial, operations, and leadership — as we enter the most defining chapter in our company’s history.
While we are publishing these roles now (May 2026), we expect most hires for this wave to begin working between September and November 2026. We will take the time we need to find the right person for each role. We would rather wait for the right fit than rush to fill a seat.
What Kind of Person We Are Looking For
Let’s keep it simple. Curoflow is a start-up that will be having growth pains — with everything that entails. You will be judged first and foremost by your character. If you are applying for this job thinking it is just any other job, you would be wrong.
We will demand a growth mindset and someone who is deeply committed to our goals. You will be compensated accordingly, but we must stress that we are looking for the type of person whose motivation primarily comes from earning stock options and being part of building a great company.
In return you will get that rare, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that can mark a lifelong memory of what you were part of building.
The Role: Country Manager — Denmark
Denmark is one of Curoflow’s first dedicated international markets. The Country Manager is the person who makes it succeed.
You will be Curoflow’s face in Denmark. You will open the market, build relationships with clinics, sign customers, coordinate the local team, and drive commercial results. This is not a remote oversight role — you will be on the ground, in clinics, at industry events, and in meetings with healthcare associations and integration partners.
This is a commercially driven role. Your primary metric is contracted ARR in Denmark. Everything else — partnerships, integrations, regulatory compliance — serves that goal. You report to the CRO and work closely with the Project Manager for Denmark, the Head of Partnerships, and the CS team.
Let us be direct: this is not a title-and-strategy role. You will personally demo the product, pitch to clinic owners, attend every industry event, and close deals yourself. You are building a market from zero — there is no existing team, no existing pipeline, no existing brand awareness in Denmark. If that excites you, this is one of the most impactful roles in the company.
Knowledge of and experience in the Danish health ecosystem is a must. We are not looking for someone who needs to learn the market — we are looking for someone who already knows it.
What You’ll Do
First 6–12 Months
• Launch Curoflow in Denmark: build the initial pipeline of private clinics through direct outreach, industry events, and personal network
• Personally demo Curoflow to prospective clinics and sign the first customers — you are the first salesperson in the market
• Build relationships with Danish healthcare associations, EHR consultants, and potential distribution partners
• Coordinate with the Product Manager for Denmark to ensure the platform meets local requirements
• Work with the Head of Partnerships to identify and activate Denmark-specific partners
• Represent Curoflow at Danish healthcare industry events and conferences
• Hire and onboard the first CS Manager for Denmark
As We Scale (12–24 Months)
• Grow the Danish customer base to the contracted ARR targets set by the board
• Build and lead the local commercial team: CS staff, partner relationships, and market development
• Establish Curoflow as a recognised player in the Danish private healthcare technology market
• Contribute market intelligence that shapes Curoflow’s product and GTM strategy for other Nordic markets
Who You Are
• 7+ years in commercial or general management roles within the Danish healthcare ecosystem
• Deep knowledge of the Danish private healthcare market: who the key players are, how clinics make purchasing decisions, and what the regulatory landscape looks like
• Proven track record of opening markets, building pipelines, and signing customers in healthtech, medtech, or healthcare SaaS
• Hands-on: you will personally demo, sell, and close in the first 12 months — this is not a management-only role
• Strong network in Danish healthcare: clinics, associations, consultants, and industry leaders
• Entrepreneurial mindset: you are comfortable building from zero without established playbooks or large teams
• Fluent Danish and English
Preferably
• Experience as Country Manager, Market Lead, or similar role in a scaling SaaS or healthtech company
• Existing relationships with Danish private clinic owners or healthcare decision-makers
• Understanding of Danish digital health infrastructure and regulations (Sundhedsdatastyrelsen, FMK, etc.)
Why This Role Matters
Denmark is not just a market — it is a proof point. You are the person who writes the Denmark success story.
What We Offer
• A leadership role with direct influence on company strategy and a close working relationship with the C-suite
• The rare opportunity to build a function from scratch at a company in its most defining growth phase
• A product and mission that genuinely matters — we are making healthcare more accessible across Europe
• Equity participation (stock options) post probation period, because we want everyone to share in what we are building
• A collaborative, low-ego culture where people care deeply about what they’re building
• Expected start date: September–November 2026
How to Apply
Send your CV and a short cover letter explaining why this role excites you. We value substance over polish — tell us what you’ve built, not just where you’ve worked.
FYI: We are hiring for many roles simultaneously and are committed to finding the right person for each one — not the fastest. Please bear with us if our response times are longer than usual; we promise every application will be reviewed.
