Marketing & Community Manager
About Curoflow
Curoflow is building the operating system for European private healthcare. Our platform gives SME clinics everything they need to run their practice — from digital patient intake and video consultations to EHR, e-prescriptions, lab integrations, and AI-powered clinical support — in a single, CE-marked, GDPR-compliant solution.
We are 25 people today, serving customers across 9 geographic markets, and we are getting ready to scale to ~70 employees across 5 core markets — and beyond — within ~18 months.
We Are Hiring Across the Organisation
This job ad is one of many we are releasing in parallel. We are building multiple teams at once — product, engineering, commercial, operations, and leadership — as we enter the most defining chapter in our company's history.
We expect most hires from this wave to begin between September and December 2026. We will take the time we need to find the right person for each role. We would rather wait for the right fit than rush to fill a seat.
What Kind of Person We Are Looking For
Let's keep it simple. Curoflow is a start-up that will have growth pains — with everything that entails. You will be judged first and foremost by your character. If you are applying for this job thinking it is just any other job, you would be wrong.
We will demand a growth mindset and someone who is deeply committed to our goals. You will be compensated accordingly, but we must stress that we are looking for the type of person whose motivation primarily comes from earning stock options and being part of building a great company.
In return you will get that rare, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that can mark a lifelong memory of what you were part of building.
The Role: Marketing & Community Manager
This is a broad marketing role first, and a community role second. You will be one of a growing team of five responsible for building Curoflow's marketing engine as we scale across Europe — events, content, product marketing, webinars and podcasts, thought leadership, social, and campaigns. You will turn your hand to whatever the business and the CMO need, because at Curoflow everyone does what it takes.
The community and customer-advocacy side — case studies, referrals, reviews, and activating clinic owners as public champions — is an important part of the role, but it will account for roughly 30% of your time at the beginning, particularly in year one while we build the foundations. Over time, as the advocacy programme matures and we enter new markets, that share is expected to grow. On day one, though, most of your week goes into broad marketing execution.
Events are central to this role. You should genuinely enjoy planning and running events — and be comfortable owning them end to end. From industry conferences and clinical trade shows to customer roundtables, webinars, and partner events, you will be the person who makes them happen and represents Curoflow on the ground.
What You'll Do
Broad Marketing (the majority of your time)
• Plan and run Curoflow's event presence end to end — conferences, clinical trade shows, customer roundtables, webinars, and partner events across our markets: choosing the right events, managing logistics, preparing materials, representing the brand, and following up so conversations turn into pipeline
• Build and run a webinar and podcast programme that positions Curoflow as a trusted voice in European private healthcare, and distribute that content in formats that work for a busy clinical audience
• Work with product marketing for new feature launches and market entries — working with the CPO and CMO on positioning, messaging, and launch materials that speak in clinical outcomes and time saved, not software features
• Produce thought leadership and social content — articles, opinion pieces, newsletter essays — that gives the company a consistent presence in the conversations clinic owners are already having
• Track competitor positioning and market signals, and feed those insights back to the CMO and product team to sharpen our positioning as we enter new markets
• Pitch in across the wider marketing surface — campaigns, content, and whatever else the team needs to hit its goals
Community & Advocacy (~30% at the start, growing over time)
• Build the customer advocacy programme from scratch: identify advocates, create a referral framework, and launch the first customer stories
• Produce a library of customer case studies across Sweden, Denmark, and the UK — in written, video, and social-ready formats — that serve inbound marketing, sales, and partnership pitches at once
• Build a review and ratings engine: get Curoflow reviewed on the platforms healthcare buyers consult (G2, Capterra, local directories), working with Customer Success to turn feedback into a steady flow of credible endorsements
• Work with Customer Success to identify, nurture, and activate the strongest advocates — clinic owners willing to speak at events, join reference calls, or record a short video — and make it easy for CS to take part
• Over time, build a customer community where clinic owners connect, share best practices, and champion Curoflow organically, and support the self-service launch with social proof at the point of decision
Who You Are
• +3 years in marketing — ideally broad, hands-on marketing in a SaaS or B2B company, with exposure to events, content, and campaigns
• You genuinely enjoy events and are comfortable setting them up and running them yourself — logistics, materials, and being the face of the brand on the day
• A strong storyteller: you can turn a 30-minute customer interview into a case study, a social post, and a sales one-pager
• A doer who is comfortable with both content creation and programme operations — you write the case study AND set up the referral tracking
• A relationship builder: customers and colleagues genuinely enjoy working with you
• Excellent English and Swedish. Other languages are a plus
Preferably
• Background in healthtech or SaaS — you understand the clinical mindset and how to tell stories that resonate with healthcare professionals
• Experience building or scaling customer advocacy, referral, or community programmes
• Experience with community platforms
• Video production skills or experience managing video content creation
Why This Role Matters
Marketing at our stage is about showing up everywhere clinic owners are — at events, in their feeds, in their inbox — and, increasingly, hearing a trusted peer say "This is what I use." You are the person who makes both happen: the broad marketing engine now, and the advocacy machine as we grow.
What We Offer
• A role where your work has outsized impact — at a company this size, everything you do matters
• Real ownership of your area from day one, with the autonomy to shape how things are done
• A product and mission that genuinely matters — we are making healthcare more accessible across Europe
• Equity participation (stock options) post probation period, because we want everyone to share in what we are building
• A collaborative, low-ego culture where people care deeply about what they're building
• Expected start date: November 2026
