Curoflow is building the operating system for European private healthcare. Our platform gives SME clinics everything they need to run their practice — from digital patient intake and video consultations to EHR, e-prescriptions, lab integrations, and AI-powered clinical support — in a single, CE-marked, GDPR-compliant solution.
We are 25 people today, operating customers across 9 geographic markets and we are getting ready to scale to ~70 employees across 5 core markets — and beyond — within ~18 months.
We Are Hiring Across the Organisation
This job ad is one of many we are releasing simultaneously. We are building multiple teams in parallel — product, engineering, commercial, operations, and leadership — as we enter the most defining chapter in our company’s history.
While we are publishing these roles now (May 2026), we expect most hires for this wave to begin working between September and November 2026. We will take the time we need to find the right person for each role. We would rather wait for the right fit than rush to fill a seat.
What Kind of Person We Are Looking For
Let’s keep it simple. Curoflow is a start-up that will be having growth pains — with everything that entails. You will be judged first and foremost by your character. If you are applying for this job thinking it is just any other job, you would be wrong.
We will demand a growth mindset and someone who is deeply committed to our goals. You will be compensated accordingly, but we must stress that we are looking for the type of person whose motivation primarily comes from earning stock options and being part of building a great company.

The Role: Chief Marketing Officer
Curoflow has built a product that clinic owners want and need. Now we need to make sure every clinic owner in Europe knows it exists.
As CMO, you will build and lead Curoflow’s entire marketing function. Today we have two extremly talented marketing team members (Performance Marketing Lead and Content & Brand Lead) — but not the marketing strategy we need, not the demand generation engine, and not the brand presence outside our existing customer base.
You will change that. You will design and execute the marketing strategy that fuels our three growth channels: inbound (our primary engine today), partnerships (growing to ~25% of pipeline), and self-service (launching 2027) You will build the team, make best use of the budget, and be accountable for pipeline contribution, CAC efficiency, and brand awareness across European and later global markets.
This is a C-level role with a seat at the leadership table. You will report to the CEO and work closely with the CRO, Head of Partnerships, and CPO. Your OKRs will be board-level metrics.
But let us be clear: at a start-up, the CMO is not a strategy-only role. You will write campaign briefs yourself. You will help with marketing automation. You will help to produce content when the team is in need. We need someone who can design the marketing machine and operate it at the same time — someone who leads from the front, not from a deck.
We see the CMO role as one of the most important roles at the company and you will have ambitious OKRs to reach. If you are not into high-pressure environments, Curoflow won’t be the right choice. What You’ll Do
First 6–12 Months
• Develop and present the marketing strategy and channel plan to the board within 90 days of starting
• Build the inbound demand generation engine: content marketing, SEO, paid acquisition, webinars, and community building for healthcare professionals
• Establish Curoflow’s brand identity and positioning across European markets — we want to be known as the platform that modern clinics choose
• Recruit and lead the marketing team
• Launch marketing across Europe, and in dedicated markets along with our Country Managers
• Set up marketing analytics and attribution: you will own the numbers and report pipeline contribution to the board
As We Scale (12–24 Months)
• Build the self-service acquisition engine: the marketing funnel that drives clinics to sign up and onboard without talking to anyone
• Scale qualified inbound leads across markets
• Achieve self-service acquisition of 30%+ of new sign-ups by H2 2028
• Drive CAC payback below 12 months across all channels
• Expand marketing operations to new markets as we enter
• Build the brand that makes Curoflow the default choice for private healthcare technology in Europe
Who You Are
• 9+ years in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior marketing leadership role (VP/CMO) at a B2B SaaS company
• Hands-on operator: you have personally built campaigns, written copy, configured marketing automation, and generated pipeline — not just directed others to do it
• Proven track record of building a marketing function from early-stage to scale — you have done this before and know what works
• Deep expertise in demand generation, content marketing, and digital acquisition for SME/mid-market audiences
• Experience marketing across multiple European markets — you understand that what works in Sweden does not automatically work in Denmark or UK
• Data-driven: you think in terms of pipeline contribution, CAC, and LTV — not impressions and followers
• Experience with PLG or self-service marketing is a strong advantage
• Fluent English; Swedish or another Scandinavian language is a significant plus
Preferably
• Background in healthtech, medtech, or healthcare SaaS — you understand the buying cycle and decision-makers in healthcare
• Experience with partner marketing and channel marketing in addition to direct demand generation
• Network within the Nordic startup and scale-up ecosystem that you can activate from day one
