Product Manager — Self-Service
About Curoflow
Curoflow is building the operating system for European private healthcare. Our platform gives SME clinics everything they need to run their practice — from digital patient intake and video consultations to EHR, e-prescriptions, lab integrations, and AI-powered clinical support — in a single, CE-marked, GDPR-compliant solution.
We are 25 people today, operating customers across 9 geographic markets and we are getting ready to scale to ~70 employees across 5 core markets — and beyond — within ~18 months.
We Are Hiring Across the Organisation
This job ad is one of many we are releasing simultaneously. We are building multiple teams in parallel — product, engineering, commercial, operations, and leadership — as we enter the most defining chapter in our company’s history.
While we are publishing these roles now (May 2026), we expect most hires for this wave to begin working between September and November 2026. We will take the time we need to find the right person for each role. We would rather wait for the right fit than rush to fill a seat.
What Kind of Person We Are Looking For
Let’s keep it simple. Curoflow is a start-up that will be having growth pains — with everything that entails. You will be judged first and foremost by your character. If you are applying for this job thinking it is just any other job, you would be wrong.
We will demand a growth mindset and someone who is deeply committed to our goals. You will be compensated accordingly, but we must stress that we are looking for the type of person whose motivation primarily comes from earning stock options and being part of building a great company.
In return you will get that rare, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that can mark a lifelong memory of what you were part of building.
The Role: Product Manager — Self-Service
Curoflow’s self-service module is one the most important product bets in our roadmap. It is what transforms us from a sales-led SaaS business into a product-led growth engine capable of onboarding thousands of clinics without scaling customer success linearly.
As Product Manager for Self-Service, you will own this module end-to-end — from user research and journey mapping through to launch and iteration. You will lead a dedicated squad of 5 (UX designer, 2 engineers, QA) and work closely with the CTO, CPO, and commercial team to deliver a self-service onboarding experience that lets clinics go from signup to first patient in under 30 minutes — without human assistance.
The stakes are high and we are looking for someone that is obsessed with simpliity and a customer-first focus.
What You’ll Do
First 6–12 Months
• Define the self-service product strategy, success metrics, and phased delivery plan
• Lead user research with clinic owners across Europe to map the ideal self-onboarding journey
• Own the product backlog and sprint priorities for the self-service squad
• Design the guided signup, configuration wizard, and go-live checklist that gets a clinic operational without CS involvement
• Collaborate with the Integration Architect to build plug-and-play marketplace integrations (labs, e-Rx, billing)
• Establish KPIs: time-to-first-patient, zero-touch completion rate, drop-off points, and NPS
As We Scale (12–24 Months)
• Evolve the module into a full self-serve platform with white-label configuration, analytics, and migration tools
• Drive product-led growth loops: referral mechanics, in-product expansion, and automated upsell triggers
• Coordinate with marketing on self-service acquisition funnels and with CS on the handoff boundary between self-serve and assisted onboarding
• Expand self-service to new markets (i.e. southeast Asia), adapting for local regulatory and integration requirements
Who You Are
• 5+ years as a Product Manager in a SaaS or platform company, with at least 2 years owning a self-service, PLG, or onboarding product
• Demonstrated ability to take a product from 0 to 1 — you have shipped a net-new module or product, not just iterated on existing features
• Strong user research instincts — you talk to users weekly, not quarterly
• Technical fluency: you can have a meaningful conversation with engineers about APIs, multi-tenancy, and provisioning without needing a translator
• Experience working in a regulated environment (healthtech, fintech, or similar) where compliance shapes product decisions
• Excellent English; Swedish or a Scandinavian language is a strong plus
Preferably
• Background in healthtech, medtech, or digital health — you understand clinical workflows and why healthcare products are different
• Experience with marketplace or integration-platform products
• Familiarity with CE marking, MDR, or GDPR as they apply to product design
Why This Role Matters
The self-service module is not a feature — it is the business model shift that determines whether Curoflow can reach 10,000 clinics as customers within a short period of time. If you want to own the product that changes the trajectory of a company, this is it.
What We Offer
• Direct involvement in shaping how Curoflow scales across Europe
• The rare opportunity to join a company at its most pivotal moment, where your work has outsized impact
• A product and mission that genuinely matters — we are making healthcare more accessible across Europe
• Equity participation (stock options) post probation period, reflecting the strategic importance of every hire we make
• A collaborative, low-ego culture where people care deeply about what they’re building
• Expected start date: September–October 2026
How to Apply
Send your CV and a short cover letter explaining why this role excites you. We value substance over polish — tell us what you’ve built, not just where you’ve worked.
FYI: We are hiring for many roles simultaneously and are committed to finding the right person for each one — not the fastest. Please bear with us if our response times are longer than usual; we promise every application will be reviewed.
