Product Manager — AI / Mila
About Curoflow
Curoflow is building the operating system for European private healthcare. Our platform gives SME clinics everything they need to run their practice — from digital patient intake and video consultations to EHR, e-prescriptions, lab integrations, and AI-powered clinical support — in a single, CE-marked, GDPR-compliant solution.
We are 25 people today, operating customers across 9 geographic markets and we are getting ready to scale to ~70 employees across 5 core markets — and beyond — within ~18 months.
We Are Hiring Across the Organisation
This job ad is one of many we are releasing simultaneously. We are building multiple teams in parallel — product, engineering, commercial, operations, and leadership — as we enter the most defining chapter in our company’s history.
While we are publishing these roles now (May 2026), we expect most hires for this wave to begin working between September and November 2026. We will take the time we need to find the right person for each role. We would rather wait for the right fit than rush to fill a seat.
What Kind of Person We Are Looking For
Let’s keep it simple. Curoflow is a start-up that will be having growth pains — with everything that entails. You will be judged first and foremost by your character. If you are applying for this job thinking it is just any other job, you would be wrong.
We will demand a growth mindset and someone who is deeply committed to our goals. You will be compensated accordingly, but we must stress that we are looking for the type of person whose motivation primarily comes from earning stock options and being part of building a great company.
In return you will get that rare, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that can mark a lifelong memory of what you were part of building.
The Role: Product Manager — AI / Mila
Mila is Curoflow’s AI-powered clinical core. She helps clinicians with documentation, automations, decision support, insights, triage, and patient communication — and she is about to become a core differentiator in every market we enter.
As Product Manager for Mila, you will own the AI product strategy end-to-end. You will decide what Mila does, how she does it, and in what order — balancing clinical value, regulatory compliance, technical feasibility, and market differentiation.
This is not an R&D playground. Mila must deliver measurable clinical value to real clinicians in a CE-marked, MDR-compliant environment. You will work with ML engineers, the CTO, clinicians, and the Head of Quality to ship AI features that practitioners trust and patients benefit from.
What You’ll Do
First 6–12 Months
• Help define Mila’s product roadmap: which AI capabilities ship first, based on clinical value, regulatory risk, and competitive differentiation
• Make sure we ship extremely fast, fail in controlled settings and succeed in live environments with our customers
• Conduct deep user research with clinicians to understand where AI can save the most time and improve clinical quality
• Own the product requirements for AI features: clinical documentation assistance, triage support, patient communication, and decision support
• Work with the Head of Quality (CQO) to navigate MDR and CE-marking requirements for AI/ML-based clinical features
• Collaborate with ML engineers and CTO on model selection, training data strategy, and evaluation frameworks
• Define success metrics: clinician time saved, documentation quality, patient satisfaction, and clinical safety indicators
As We Scale (12–24 Months)
• Expand Mila’s capabilities across markets, adapting for language, clinical guidelines, and regulatory differences
• Build the feedback loops that allow Mila to improve from real-world clinical usage
• Position Mila as a competitive moat — the AI core that makes Curoflow’s platform irreplaceable for clinicians
• Coordinate with the self-service team to integrate Mila into the onboarding experience as a differentiator
Who You Are
• 5+ years as a Product Manager, with at least 2 years working on AI/ML-powered products
• Understanding of LLMs, NLP, and machine learning concepts — you can evaluate what’s technically feasible and what’s hype
• Technical fluency: you can have a meaningful conversation with engineers about APIs, multi-tenancy, and provisioning without needing a translator
• Track record of shipping AI features to production, not just prototypes
• Comfortable navigating regulatory environments (MDR, CE marking, or FDA experience)
• Excellent English; Swedish or another Scandinavian language is a plus
Preferably
• Experience in healthcare, medtech, or clinical software is a strong advantage — you understand clinical workflows and why accuracy matters
• Experience with responsible AI practices: bias mitigation, explainability, and safety-critical design
• Familiarity with CE marking for software as a medical device (SaMD)
Why This Role Matters
AI in healthcare is either transformative or dangerous — the difference is product judgment. You will determine how fast Mila becomes the most trusted clinical AI core in European private healthcare. This role shapes the future of how clinicians interact with technology and you will have both a dedicated team and supporting roles around you working with the aim to ship as fast, reliable and valuable as possible.
What We Offer
• A high-impact role where your work directly shapes how Curoflow scales across Europe
• Real ownership — you will own your domain, not just execute someone else’s plan
• Direct access to leadership and the ability to influence product and company direction
• A product and mission that genuinely matters — we are making healthcare more accessible across Europe
• Equity participation (stock options) post probation period, because we want everyone to share in what we are building
• A collaborative, low-ego culture where people care deeply about what they’re building
• Expected start date: September–November 2026
How to Apply
Send your CV and a short cover letter explaining why this role excites you. We value substance over polish — tell us what you’ve built, not just where you’ve worked.
FYI: We are hiring for many roles simultaneously and are committed to finding the right person for each one — not the fastest. Please bear with us if our response times are longer than usual; we promise every application will be reviewed.
