Chief Product Officer
About Curoflow
Curoflow is building the operating system for European private healthcare. Our platform gives SME clinics everything they need to run their practice — from digital patient intake and video consultations to EHR, e-prescriptions, lab integrations, and AI-powered clinical support — in a single, CE-marked, GDPR-compliant solution.
We are 25 people today, operating customers across 9 geographic markets and we are getting ready to scale to ~70 employees across 5 core markets — and beyond — within ~18 months.
We Are Hiring Across the Organisation
This job ad is one of many we are releasing simultaneously. We are building multiple teams in parallel — product, engineering, commercial, operations, and leadership — as we enter the most defining chapter in our company’s history.
While we are publishing these roles now (May 2026), we expect most hires for this wave to begin working between September and November 2026. We will take the time we need to find the right person for each role. We would rather wait for the right fit than rush to fill a seat.
What Kind of Person We Are Looking For
Let’s keep it simple. Curoflow is a start-up that will be having growth pains — with everything that entails. You will be judged first and foremost by your character. If you are applying for this job thinking it is just any other job, you would be wrong.
We will demand a growth mindset and someone who is deeply committed to our goals. You will be compensated accordingly, but we must stress that we are looking for the type of person whose motivation primarily comes from earning stock options and being part of building a great company.
In return you will get that rare, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that can mark a lifelong memory of what you were part of building.
The Role: Chief Product Officer
Curoflow’s product is our moat. It is why clinics switch to us, why they stay, and why competitors cannot simply copy what we have built. The CPO is the person who makes sure that remains true as we scale from 1 core market to many, from version 1 of our platform to version 2 and from tens of clinics to thousands.
You will own the entire product strategy and roadmap. This includes the core V2 platform, the self-service module, the integration marketplace, Mila AI, and the Open APIs — all running in parallel across multiple European markets with different regulatory requirements, clinical workflows, and integration landscapes.
You will lead a growing product and design team (currently 3, scaling to 10+), and you will be the product voice in the C-suite. You report to the CEO and your OKRs will be board-level metrics.
A word of honesty: at a 50-person company, the CPO does not just set the vision and delegate. You will write PRDs yourself. You will sit in user research sessions. You will argue about edge cases in sprint planning. You will make prioritisation calls with incomplete data and then live with them. We need a leader who is deeply operational and hands-on — someone who can set product strategy in the morning and review wireframes in the afternoon. If you are looking for a role where you only operate at the strategic level, this is not it.
What You’ll Do
First 6–12 Months
• Present product strategy and roadmap to the board within 90 days of starting
• Take ownership of five parallel product workstreams: V2 core, self-service, market integrations, Mila AI, and Open APIs
• Hire and lead the Product Managers (Self-Service, AI/Mila) and UX Designers who will own their respective domains
• Establish product processes: sprint cadence, roadmap reviews, cross-team dependency management, and stakeholder communication
• Work with the CTO to define clear ownership boundaries between product and engineering
• Make the hard prioritisation calls between market-specific requests, platform features, and long-term bets
As We Scale (12–24 Months)
• Deliver the self-service module on time
• Drive product NPS to 50+ across all active markets
• Establish a release cadence of 2+ major releases per quarter
• Scale the product and design team to support multi-market operations
• Ensure the product architecture supports multiple markets without fragmenting into market-specific codebases
Who You Are
• 12+ years in product roles, with at least 4 years as VP Product or CPO in a B2B SaaS company
• Hands-on operator first, executive second: you still write specs, run user interviews, and get into the details — leadership through doing, not just directing
• Proven track record of building and scaling a multi-product or platform product organisation
• Experience managing multiple parallel workstreams with competing priorities and shared engineering resources
• Deep understanding of product-led growth and self-service product strategy
• Technical fluency: you can have substantive conversations with engineers about architecture, APIs, and technical trade-offs
• Experience in regulated environments (healthtech, fintech, medtech) where compliance shapes product decisions
• Fluent English; Swedish or another Scandinavian language is a significant advantage
Preferably
• Background in healthtech, medtech, or clinical software — you understand why healthcare product decisions carry higher stakes
• Experience with multi-market products serving different regulatory and integration requirements
• Track record of delivering platform products that serve both direct customers and ecosystem partners
Why This Role Matters
The CPO determines what Curoflow becomes. Every feature decision, every prioritisation call, every architecture choice compounds over years. If you get this right, Curoflow becomes the platform that every European clinic runs on. This is the product leadership role of a career.
What We Offer
• A seat at the leadership table from day one — direct partnership with the CEO and CTO on the most critical decisions of this growth phase
• The rare opportunity to build an entire function in a company at its most pivotal moment
• Board-level visibility and accountability — your OKRs are the company’s OKRs
• A product and mission that genuinely matters — we are making healthcare more accessible across Europe
• Equity participation (stock options) post probation period, because we want everyone to share in what we are building
• A collaborative, low-ego culture where people care deeply about what they’re building
• Expected start date: September–November 2026
